In a Europe where minarets rise alongside cathedrals and the calligraphy of Arabic script adorns the walls of universities, the continent experiences a Renaissance it never expected. After the Arab civilization has conquered the West, ancient knowledge from Greece and Rome intertwines with the achievements of the Islamic Golden Age, giving rise to an explosion of art, science, and philosophy that shatters the boundaries of thought. However, not everything is harmonious: in this new world, while cultural and scientific masterpieces unfold, seeds of mistrust and revolt are also sown. The story follows Aisha, a young scholar from Cordoba, and Luca, an Italian artist, whose destinies intertwine as they both seek truth and beauty in an ever-changing world.
