Eva, a young and tech-savvy woman, is confronted with an unexpected gift on her birthday: a VR headset that appears like any other on the market. Yet as soon as she puts it on, she is sucked into a surprisingly detailed and intricate digital world that lies beyond any known virtual reality experiences. In this new world, she quickly encounters the main feature of this reality - a hauntingly complex and convoluted labyrinth.
As she delves deeper into this digital labyrinth, she meets other castaways - some just as lost as she is, and others who have been living in this world for a longer time and have adapted to the labyrinth. Together, they form a group to find the center of the labyrinth and the way back to the real world. But the challenges are not only physical and mentally demanding; they are also emotionally and ethically complex, as each turn and puzzle forces them to reconsider both their own values and the limits of their newly discovered digital capabilities.
During her journey through the labyrinth, Eva is confronted not only with its enigmatic mechanisms and the dark secrets hidden within its walls but also with her own past and the decisions that have led her into the digital world. The revelation of the true intention behind the digital labyrinth will eventually pose an all-decisive question to Eva and her group: What does it mean to be truly "alive" in an era of technology, and what sacrifices are we willing to make to define our own reality?
